I worked in many top hotels in Sydney, I have been doing catering for the past
15 years, in many private homes, well known companies such as, Volvo, Westbus,
Custom Coach, Tourism Australia, BCA, Brady, Medich Property Group, Leppington
Pastoral Co. Hume Doors & Timber, SCM, Greater Western Sydney E.D.Board, Garden
Magic, Bosnjak Investments, Stains Wines from Madgge, Bus 2000 and many others.
I also catered for number of well known politicians and business people such
as, Premier Bob Carr, Prime Minister John Howard, Kim Beazley, former Prime
Ministers Gough Whitlam and Paul Keating, Alan Jones, Ambassadors and Consuls,
Mr. Jim Bosnjak, Mr. Roy Medich, Mr. Ron & Tony Perich, Mr. Ray Begovich, Mr.
Foti / fireworks / and others.
I also published the first Croatian cookbook in English and this will be my
third one, you most likely saw me on number of TV cooking shows as guest chef.
I started and now run Traditional Croatian Food, Wine and Tourism Festival
across Australia, in top hotels such as, Inter-continental, Sofitel, Novotel,
Swiss-Grand, Esplanade, Ridges, Fenix restaurant and others, we are now in our
eight successful year. You can also buy video tape about beautiful Croatia,
historic sites, beaches, thousand islands, food and folklore it is in English
and lasts for over three hours of pure enjoyment.
With all my experiences and very good name, let me do your catering, regardless
of size from 15 to 300 and remember I only believe in fresh local produce,
which I buy, pic and select myself. I will together with you create the menu
that will suit you not me, and at the price you can afford, don’t let the above
names scare you off. Enjoy beautiful food at your home, office or business, and
my wife will make you freshly baked mouth watering cakes as well.
I am very pleased to announce that I finally opened my own restaurant “Konoba”
at Croatian Club Jadran Hajduk.
I will be catering for all your needs, weddings, engagements, christening, 21st
birthdays, and you can also enjoy authentic Croatian cuisine especially seafood,
