| SPARE RIBS SAUCE |
 |
Another traditional sauce, but with my special ingrediances to make it even
more appetizing. This sauce is ideal for American style ribs / rib on the
meat-strip / also for bbq’s and grilling poultry. Here is the method how you
should cook the ribs, buy fresh meaty pork ribs / plates / cut in half, use
large deep saucepan, place overturned plate on the bottom, now add ribs
crossing each piece, add crushed garlic in the skin, 10-12 whole pepper corns,
5-6 bay leaves and sea salt. Boil until soft, drain and dry, cut into
individual ribs or two, brush with my spare ribs sauce, place under grill for
10 min. and do the same on the other side. Repeat the procedures again and you
are going to lick your fingers, ideal as finger food, and kids will love it
with some fries.

| MUSTARD MARINADE |
 |
This sauce is unique, light and very different, maybe the only one on the
market. It is tangi and ideal for marinating fish fillets and chicken
tenderloins for one hour, then grill on hot bbq or hot frying pan. It can also
be used as cold sauce with poultry and seafood, also toss it with spiral or
penne pasta with shallots and parsley as a salad.
