Panasonic Canada Support Manuals Download http://help.panasonic.ca/english/support/operatinginstructions/query.asp
Panasonic Euro Manuals Gatewayhttp://dlc.panasonic-europe-service.com/EUDocs/
enter search item like 'dmcgx7', shows all available downloads, the big files are the user manuals, the smaller files are the useless manuals. Usually takes a month or two after a new camera release before the full user manual is added.

Firmware is updated by using the update program that installs with Olympus Viewer 3 and connecting Olympus body via USB cable. Body, lens and accessory updates are checked and performed automatically.
Panasonic body users need to download the individual updates, place the BIN file on a memory card to do the update.
