Blue Mountains Adventure.

On Sunday the 23rd of August, I organised to scare the S#%T out of myself.

AND IT WORKED!!!

5 Abseils, from 35 to 55 meters. A total drop of 240 meters. Perched on ledges capable of holding no more then 6 people, half way down a very shear 100 meter drop. Fantastic. And what a wonderful view!

It was a wonderful, exiting day, making new friends with similar interests to me. As soon as I get a scanner, I will put some photos here.

Next adventure: Empress Canyon - Sun Oct 11, the description is as follows: "Wetsuits on, we venture along rock pools to take the first plunge.Through narrow slots, between towering sandstone ramparts, the adventure unfolds. Swim, wade and rockhop along the canyon bed amidst overhanging ferns. Then each person abseils through the spray of Empress falls into an inviting plunge pool."
