The second album from Annie & Grantham Rd is an eclectic group of songs depicting aspects of life.

Annie is a singer/songwriter whose songs are deeply personal and moving. She is a mother of four, a counselor, a caseworker... She has been a bank employee, a business woman, a costume designer, an actor, a secretary... She has known pain; hit rock bottom and climbed up again, a true survivor. Her songs reflect all of these things. Whenever she performs them, her audience feels connected to her, they know she understands them

Annie returned to writing songs in 1998. One of her first new songs, "It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This", was a finalist in the International Unisong Competition of 1999, which attracts thousands of entrants from all around the world. It is included on this CD.

For several years now, she has been performing live and recording in order to be able to bring her songs to a wider audience. She accompanies herself on guitar and is joined on this album by backing vocalist, Fiona Busuttil and guitarist/producer/sound engineer, Phil Nunn.
